CuroCell A4 Cirrus Active Air Mattress

The CuroCell® A4 Cirrus Hybrid Mattress is used as an aid in the prevention and treatment of pressure injuries up to and including stage 4 pressure injuries. Specifically well suited for pain therapy, palliative or end of life individuals. The CuroCell® A4 Cirrus is constructed of air cells encapsulated by differing foams, including a soft foam surface that provides excellent user comfort and pressure redistribution. The integrated heel function/slope offers pressure redistribution on the heels, a known anatomical location prone to pressure injuries. The CuroCell® A4 Cirrus air mattress has been developed to allow healthcare professionals to focus on patient-centred care. Using AI and high-precision sensors, the system continuously monitors the individual’s weight, height, and position, adapting to each individual automatically with no manual adjustment.

The Pulsating Mode™ uses artificial intelligence to combine soft, alternating movements with constant low pressure to offer a large contact area and reduce high peak pressures. Its clinical effectiveness is well-documented. The Pulsating Mode™ is developed to improve comfort and stability by reducing movements and fluctuations in the support surface. In addition, the silent running of the control units maintains a restful environment for undisturbed sleep and recuperation.
